bad woman

Lykke Li - bad woman (Live from YouTube Music Studio Stockholm)

I’ve been a bad woman, but I’m still your woman,

I’m just a bad woman I know

I understand if you leave,

I understand if you leave, I’ll understand if you leave me just go

Just don’t go before I show you what’s behind all of my sorrow

What’s inside all of the bullets I throw

Don’t go before I get to say I’m sorry I caused you sorrow

Tonight I really want you to know

I’m a bad woman,

But I’m still your woman,

I’m a bad woman,

But I’m still your woman,

I’m just a bad woman I know

It’s a sad story but it’s still our story

Such a sad story, I know

You can say you don’t love me but don’t walk away from me,

We need each other more then we know

So don’t go before I show you what’s behind all of my sorrow

What’s inside all of the bullets I throw

Don’t go before I get to say I’m sorry I caused you sorrow

Tonight I really want you to know

I’m a bad woman, but I’m still your woman

I’m a bad woman, but I’m still your woman

I’m just a bad woman I know

Oh, ohh

You used to love, you used to love

Even the bad, my crazy

Don’t walk away, don’t give me up

Don’t you know

I’m a bad woman (I know I hurt you)

But I’m still your woman (I tried to change)

But I’m a bad woman (I know I hurt you)

But I’m still your woman (I tried to change)

But I’m a bad woman but I’m still your woman

I’m just a bad woman I know

I'm a bad woman

Hurts to liv

LIV, the supergroup consisting of Lykke Li, producer Jeff Bhasker, Miike Snow’s Andrew Wyatt and Pontus Winnberg, and Björn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John, have shared a new song. According to a quote given to Vogue, the new song is a tribute to Li and Wyatt’s deceased parents. “It’s been a very spiritual, beautiful, and life-awakening cycle.... Creating and giving birth to a baby boy, losing a mother—as well as Andrew’s father—and to be able to put into song life’s suffering before it even happened,” she said. “Sometimes we forget to live and be loved, cause it hurts to live.” Past songs from LIV include “Heaven,” “Dream Awake,” and debut single “Wings of Love.”

Unchained Melody

Lykke Li - Unchained Melody

"Unchained Melody" is a 1955 song with music by Alex North and lyrics by Hy Zaret. North used the music as a theme for the little-known prison film Unchained (1955), hence the song title. Todd Duncan sang the vocals for the film soundtrack. It has since become a standard and one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century, most notably by the Righteous Brothers. According to the song's publishing administrator, over 1,500 recordings of "Unchained Melody" have been made by more than 670 artists, in multiple languages.
